Federal Highway and Transit Programs Get 90 Day Extension

News Update - March 30, 2012 In this transportation TV News Update: AASHTO Executive Director John Horsley reacts to passage of a “clean” 90-day extension of Federal surface transportation authorization. Prior its approval members in the House of Representatives discussed the issue extensively. Our coverage includes some of the highlights. Also this week, members of the Strategic Highway Research Program Two (SHRP2) Implementation Committee Task Force meet at AASHTO headquarters. The meeting was held to set priorities for implement of several new and innovative transportation products that will be used across the country.
